Rental rates are calculated per night, making RV rentals easy to compare to a hotel stay. The minimum rental charge is 5 nights, and the minimum booking notice is 5 business days. All rates are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable taxes. Your total rental cost depends on several factors, including the vehicle type you choose (for example, a motorhome, truck camper, or van conversion), your rental location for pick-up and return, and your travel dates and season, as rates vary throughout the year. Simply use our online booking tool to view the rental rate that applies to your travel dates and vehicle type.

A deposit of $750+tax by credit card is required to confirm the reservation.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure. No cash rentals are allowed.
A preparation fee of $100 is mandatory and the charge is per rental reservation. These mandatory items are part of your rental to ensure you have what you need during your RV experience:

Calgary/Edmonton to Vancouver: $1,200
Calgary to Edmonton: $400
Edmonton to Calgary: NO FEE
Edmonton to Whitehorse and Whitehorse to Edmonton: $1,500
Halifax to Toronto and Toronto to Halifax: $1,200
Montréal to Halifax or Halifax to Montréal: $1,200
Montréal to Toronto or Toronto to Montréal: $1,200
Fraserway RV LP shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event a booking or rental is cancelled, rescheduled, changed, postponed or interrupted due to a fortuitous event, act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders performance of the rental impracticable, illegal or impossible.
Cancellation Fees:
In the event of a date change, the new travel dates must fall within the same calendar year. Moving the rental dates to the following calendar year will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to fees.

For reservations made through a Third-Party, cancellation rates may differ.
Vehicles can be collected at our rental stations between 08:30 AM and 3:00 PM.
For departures on Sundays in Vancouver and Calgary (May - September), vehicles can be collected between 8:30 AM and 1:00 PM.
Shuttle Transfers are available until 1:00 PM. More details about our shuttle service here.
Please note that we do not allow departures on the same day when arriving on a flight where total flight time exceeds 6 hours (including connecting flights). It is required that you stay at a hotel for the first night.
Return time is between 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM, inspection ready.
The minimum age for drivers is 21 years, with no maximum age limit. All drivers must present a valid driver’s license at the time of departure and must be registered on the rental agreement. An international driver’s permit is strongly recommended if the original license is not in English or French. Please note that the international driver’s permit is only valid in combination with the original license.
Use of rental vehicles for any large outdoor event may be subject to an additional deposit or surcharge. Vehicles used for festivals and events must be explicitly requested at time of reservation. Restriction: Attending the Burning Man Festival with our vehicles is not allowed. Failure to comply with this restriction results in a minimum penalty of $5,000 and voids Basic Insurance, CDR and CDW coverage, leaving renters responsible for all costs incurred.
Please note that towing is not allowed for insurance reasons.
Between October 1 – April 30 vehicles may be subject to winterization. The decision will be based on the projected temperatures at the time of departure and the weather forecast.
If the vehicle is winterized, it will have no fresh water on board. We recommend staying in campgrounds with electrical hookups and washroom facilities that are open year-round. Our vehicles do not come with winter tires or snow chains, but all Class C Motorhomes are equipped with M+S (Mud and Snow) tires.
